HERE'S A FUCKED UP INSTRUMENTAL THING I JUST RECORDED
The main melody and elements of the arrangement were first written when I was in high school as the theme music from a movie I was planning entitled Man from Caucasia (note that at the time I didn't realize there's an actual geographical region called "Caucasia", though I can't at all figure out how it relates to the PC/anthropological terminology for white people). The main melody is a reworking of a grossly oversimplified misrememberance of the opening title music from A Clockwork Orange, which is a classical piece called "Music for the Funeral of Queen Mary" by Henry Purcell done entirely on synthesizers by Walter Carlos (who is now Wendy Carlos). If you know that that's what it's based on then you can almost hear what I'm talking about. Almost.
